Relaxation and Stress Management Skills

University Centre Ontario, Canada

Learn to relax tight muscles, calm emotions, settle a busy brain, have more energy and perform better in a busy world. This 12-session program meets at noon on Tuesdays and Thursdays for six weeks. The fee is $40 for U of G students, $60 for members of USW Local 4120 and $120 for everyone else.

Take the Stress Out of IBS!

Learn strategies to decrease symptoms of irritable bowel syndrome (IBS) or a stressed stomach. This four-session program, offered by the Stress Management Clinic and the dietitian at Student Health Services, meets at 7 p.m. on Tuesday evenings. CSA Noon Hour Concert: Regina as Light Fires
