PoppyU of G is holding a Remembrance Day service at 10:45 a.m. on Nov. 11 in War Memorial Hall in honour of our veterans and active duty personal.

The event will show a video featuring Ross Morton, a Second World War veteran, sharing his experiences in the war.

Rev. Dr. John Walsh and Prof. Malcolm Campbell, vice-president (research) will also speak.

Rabbi Raphi Steiner, with U of G’s multifaith team, will be reciting a poem “The End and the Beginning” by Wislawa Szymborska.

The memorial runs until 11:15 a.m.
