Stop Worrying Workshop
Learn to curb the worry habit and how to avoid the five pitfalls that perpetuate worrying. This two-hour workshop includes brain training exercises and a variety of other techniques to decrease worrying. The fee is $5 for U of G students, $10 for members of USW Local 4120 and $20 for everyone else. Location: University
