At certain times of the year, you may feel overwhelmed and exhausted and have trouble finding the energy to get everything done. This workshop will focus on strategies to prevent burn-out and overcome challenging times, using communication, prioritization, self-reflection, decision-making and various other self-care tools to minimize the effects of burn-out.
