The Ontario provincial election has officially begun. Election day is June 2.

Elections Ontario will host an advance polling station in Peter Clark Hall (University Centre Level 0) from May 25 to 27. The advance polls are open 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. each day. All Guelph residents are eligible to vote at the on-campus advance polls. Voters can park in lot P31 and in accessible spaces free of charge May 25 to 27. All those coming to campus are required to wear a medical-style mask as per the University’s COVID-19 safety measures.

Specifically, it outlines the University’s role in an election, as well as policies around campaign materials, use of University facilities and canvassing on U of G property and residences. This policy applies to all campuses and facilities of the University of Guelph, with the exception of the University of Guelph-Humber, which is governed by an equivalent policy at Humber College.
