Dr. Lawrence Goodridge, director of the Canadian Research Institute for Food Safety, appeared on the CBC podcast The Dose to explain the process of pasteurization and discuss some of the myths surrounding raw milk. He also spoke to the Toronto Star about food safety tips during the holiday season.
