The Human Resources team is pleased to share with you our refreshed Gryphons at Work Knowledge Site (GAWKS).

We originally designed the Knowledge Site as a training resource to introduce everyone to the new Human Resources Management System (HRMS), Gryphons at Work. Our team has made some significant updates to the site based on feedback from across campus to make it more intuitive and informative.

You asked, we listened – new site features

The refreshed Gryphons at Work Knowledge Site can be found via this updated link. On the refreshed site we have addressed feedback shared by employees and introduced a variety of enhancements, including:

  • Simpler, more intuitive navigation to help you get to the services you require quickly and easily

  • Up-to-date resources, instruction guides and links to help you troubleshoot frequently asked questions

  • New segmentation to help you select self-service resources and information based on your role at U of G (e.g. new employee, current employee and department administrator/manager)

  • Quick tips that spotlight useful site features and helpful hints

  • A homepage that features a calendar for training sessions and a news section — in case you missed an email update or communication our homepage will have it all, from the latest updates to a documents library

Please update your bookmarks

Please update any bookmarks to the refreshed Gryphons at Work Knowledge Site. The old site will not be available after Dec. 20. You can also access the Knowledge Site under the Training and Support menu on U of G Insider.
