Dr. Tanya Barzotti

Dr. Tanya Barzotti, associate professor in the Gordon S. Lang School of Business and Economics, spoke to The Globe and Mail about Indigo Books and Music’s decision to bring back retired CEO and founder Heather Reisman.

Barzotti said Reisman’s reinstatement will boost customer confidence in the brand. She also said she forsees big changes coming to Indigo as the brand reasesses how and where its customers want to shop.

Barzotti is an associate professor in the Department of Management where she researchers customer experience, customer management, and marketing strategy.
