Dr. Paul Anglin, professor of real estate in the Gordon S. Lang School of Business and Economics, spoke with CBC News about housing affordability.

Following a recent policy proposal from a Dutch cabinet member to expand home ownership among the less wealthy, Anglin questioned some of the practical aspects of the idea and whether it would just cause housing prices to rise.

Anglin, a professor in the Department of Marketing and Consumer Studies, teaches urban economics, government-business relations, real estate market analysis and microeconomics.
