Dr. Candace Johnson, professor in the College of Social and Applied Human Sciences, provided a commentary in The Conversation Canada about a decision in British Columbia to provide access to free prescription contraception.

Johnson is a professor in the Department of Political Science and researches global reproductive rights issues, maternal health, women and gender and politics, human rights and justice.
