Dr. Ryan Norris

Ecologist Dr. Ryan Norris spoke to The Narwhal for a photo essay examining different viewpoints on the proposed Highway 413 in Ontario.

In the piece, Norris said he has been leading walks through the Nashville Conservation Reserve in Vaughan, which is home to a range of species of birds, butterflies and bees.

He also contributed an opinion piece to the Toronto Star on the same subject.

A researcher in the behaviour, conservation and evolution of migratory animals and insects, Norris is a professor in the Department of Integrative Biology
