Dr. Nita Chhinzer, organizational management researcher in the Gordon S. Lang School of Business and Economics, discussed Ontario’s new electronic monitoring policies for workplaces with The Close on BNN Bloomberg.  

Chhinzer said policies help increase workplace transparency, noting for employee stress and privacy concerns may be alleviated if they know why they’re being monitored.

A professor in the Department of Management, Chhinzer researches strategic human resources management procedures and ethics.
