Dr. Nita Chhinzer

Dr. Nita Chhinzer, an organizational management researcher in the Gordon S. Lang School of Business and Economics, spoke with Insider on how quiet quitting affects BIPOC (Black, Indigenous and People of Colour) employees.  

“Quiet quitting is a privilege that is afforded to people who have some perception that they have power at work, that their voice matters,” Chhinzer told the magazine.  

A professor in the Department of Management, Chhinzer researches strategic human resources management procedures and ethics.
