Fungal pathogens researcher Dr. Jennifer Geddes-McAlister discussed her support group for mothers in STEM (science, technology, engineering and mathematics), Moms in Proteomics, in a Conversation Canada commentary.

A professor in the Department of Molecular and Cellular Biology, Geddes-McAlister researches interactions between fungal pathogens and hosts, with the aim of uncovering new treatments and addressing antimicrobial resistance.
