New Master of Project Management and GDip in Project Management*
Senate approved a proposal from the Gordon S. Lang School of Business and Economics to launch a new Master of Project Management and graduate diploma (type III) in project management. The goal of the Master of Project Management program is to provide an enriching, professionally relevant, and flexible academic experience in project management.
The program will prepare graduates to function effectively in diverse industry careers that utilize project management including information technology, engineering, life sciences, health care, arts, media, transportation and supply chains.

Leadership Updates
President Charlotte Yates and Provost and Vice-President (Academic) Gwen Chapman provided a number of updates to Senate including:
- A statement on academic freedom and democracy
- An update on the Chancellor Search
- An update on enrolment and financial planning
Next Meeting of Senate
