On Jan. 26 – Bell Let’s Talk Day – let’s support ourselves and each other by breaking down the stigma surrounding mental health.

During this annual event, Bell will donate to mental health initiatives in Canada by contributing 5 cents for every applicable text, call, tweet or TikTok video using #BellLetsTalk, social media video view and use of the Bell Let’s Talk Facebook frame or Snapchat lens.

At U of G, we’re helping #supporteachother with a number of online events.
