The University of Guelph community is mourning the death of Dr. Manuel Gomez, a doctor of veterinary science student, who passed away June 9.

Condolences to Manuel’s family may be shared through an online memorial website. A funeral service will take place on June 15 in Valladolid, Spain, where he was born.

Campus flags will be lowered to half-mast June 15 in Manuel’s honour.
