Dana McCauleyTwo U of G experts in consumer grocery habits spoke to CBC Radio morning shows this week about how the pandemic has changed our eating habits, including how sales of frozen pizza have tripled in the last year.

Dana McCauley, director of new venture creation at U of G’s Research Innovation Office, and food economist Dr. Michael von Massow, a professor in the Department of Food, Agricultural and Resource Economics, spoke to radio stations across the country.
