The Office of Diversity and Human Rights (DHR) is recruiting students, staff and faculty to serve as volunteer facilitators.
Working with the Alternative Dispute Resolution Officer, volunteers will serve an integral role in providing facilitated dialogue services.
Through training and ongoing professional development, volunteers will be equipped to co-facilitate parts of a confidential resolution process. People interested in becoming volunteer facilitators will receive training so they may support members of the university community to address and resolve issues.
All interested University members may apply through the DHR website. Space in the upcoming training session is limited, however, additional training sessions will be held in the future. The application deadline is April 5 .
