May 7 to 11 is both national Mental Health Week and North American Occupational Safety and Health Week. To mark these occasions and support the safety and well-being of faculty, staff and students, Wellness@Work and Student Wellness have collaborated to host a week-long series of events and activities.

Take time out of your busy day to participate in Be Well, Be Safe Week May 7 to 11. A number of  training opportunities, workshops, social events and activities are planned to boost your mental well-being and promote workplace safety.
