Prof. Amy Greer, Department of Population Medicine, was interviewed on CBC Radio – P.E.I. Oct. 26 at 4:10 p.m. Guelph time. She discussed an equine data collection project in the Maritimes in which U of G researchers are looking at preventing and controlling infectious diseases in horses. Holder of a Tier 2 Canada Research Chair in Population Disease Modelling, Greer studies the introduction, spread, dynamics and control of infectious diseases in populations.
