Sasha-Boulton-crop-450x325U of G student Sasha Boulton is featured today on CBC radio. The biomedical engineering student is in Rio taking part in the first-ever Paralympic Games triathlon.

Boulton is a guide for Christine Robbins, a legally blind athlete from Abbotsford, B.C., who hopes to have “the race of my life” during the games.

The two women will be physically connected during the swimming and running phases of the race. Since they met in February 2015, they say the bond between them has grown well beyond a length of material secured around their waists. Read more
