Microbiology master’s student Richard Preiss and PhD student Angus Ross were featured in a CBC News article June 11. They discussed a business they started which looks to develop Ontario yeasts for micro-brewing. They started the business with help from the University of Guelph’s Centre for Business and Social Entrepreneurship.
