Statia Elliot, director of the School of Hospitality, Food and Tourism Management, and Arthur Hill, professor and chair in the Department of Food Science, have been named 2015 Fellows of the Ontario Hostelry Institute (OHI).

Fellows demonstrate professional achievements and support of industry-specific training and institutional education. The OHI serves as an industry advocate on matters such as professional culinary, hospitality and tourism education, training and apprenticeship.

Elliot and Hill will be inducted at an awards dinner tonight in Toronto.
