Homecoming 2014 begins with the Guelph Gryphons taking on the Queen’s Gaels on Sept. 20 at 1 p.m. at Alumni Stadium.

The annual alumni football game, called the Glory Bowl, will take place at 10 a.m. For the Gryphons match, stadium gates will open at 11:30 a.m., with both a pre-game concert and a half-time show by Toast and Jam, a two-member acoustic band.

Head coach Stu Lang said: “Homecoming is always an inspirational day for our players, with former Gryphons cheering them on, and a packed house of our amazing and passionate fans. This will be a good challenge for our team going against the Gaels.”

Student tickets for the game are sold out, with limited $25 adult tickets on sale at Guelph Meridian Credit Union branches. The game will also be broadcast on OUA.tv.
