Chuck Cunningham, assistant vice-president (communications and public affairs), has been appointed to a one-year term as chair of the Ontario Universities’ Public Affairs Council (OUPAC).

OUPAC is an affiliate of the Council of Ontario Universities (COU), an organization of 21 member institutions that advances higher education in Ontario through advocacy, research and policy development.  Members of the public affairs council meet to discuss sector-wide issues, address challenges and propose solutions, and share best practices.  Their work supports COU efforts to ensure that Ontario universities continue to provide a high-quality teaching and learning environment in the province.
