The Office of Open Learning has issued a call for presentations for U of G’s annual accessibility conference. “Inclusion, Community, Action” (formerly called Aiming for Accessibility) will be held on campus May 31 and June 1.

The conference organizing committee is seeking presentations from individuals who have successfully moved accessibility forward within their institutions through such strategies as community building and networking or “making the case” for inclusion. The committee also welcomes academic, especially evidence-based, research in the field of disability and encourages the inclusion of students and others who have first-hand experience with disability.

For more information, visit www.accessconf.ca. Proposal submissions should be sent to Pat Shaver at pshaver@open.uoguelph.ca by Feb. 25.
