[Sarah Mau, Associate Director, Guelph Gryphon’s Athletics Centre is speaking.] “Hi, Gryphons! I hear from our students and our members the positive effect of being active and participating in recreation is having on their physical and their mental-well-being. And for that reason, I’m staying safe, and we’re working hard to keep our facilities and programming safe for all of our members and students.”

[Emma Connell, University of Guelph Undergraduate Student is speaking.] “I’m being safe by only leaving home for essential trips. So, getting prescriptions and groceries. I only see people that I live in my house with. So, no meeting up with friends, no large gatherings, and no parties. If I absolutely need to see someone that does not live in my house, we both wear masks and maintain a distance of 6 feet to protect ourselves, and others from the virus.”
