Krar Collective performs their contemporary take on traditional Ethiopian music using other-worldly modes and driven by hypnotic rhythms. With a minimal line-up they create a surprisingly full-band sound, leading them to be dubbed “The Ethiopian White Stripes.” This event is co-presented by the Central Student Association and CFRU 93.3 FM.
