It is a pleasure to announce that our new Human Resources Management System (HRMS) called Gryphons At Work is now live!
What does this mean?
As of July 15th, you and all university employees (staff and faculty) can use your U of G multi-authenticated sign on credential to log into Gryphons At Work. For the next two weeks your access will be limited to “read only.” Only HR will have full “read / write” access to the system for the next two weeks.
What happens next?
As of July 29, all university employees will have full “read / write” access and will be able to make updates directly to the following information:
- Update personal information (address, banking information, phone number)
- Add dependents and emergency contact information
- Update benefits coverage
- Check pay statements
- Initiate long term leaves (ex. parental leaves)
- Search and apply for internal career opportunities
Do I need training?
Yes. All university employees (staff and faculty) need to complete training before July 29. The series of videos and how to instruction guides will teach you about the features of Gryphons At Work and how to manage your personal profile.
How do I access the system? What if I need help?
Visit the Gryphons At Work Knowledge Site (GAWKS). Here you will find links to initiate training, log into the system, find support, as well as helpful news and FAQs about Gryphons At Work.
Thank you for your support and cooperation as we launch Gryphons at Work!
