Rob McLean, marketing professor in the Gordon S. Lang School of Business and Economics, commented to Yahoo!News on the decision The Girl Guides of Canada made to rebrand.

McLean called the decision “brave” saying the message it sends about inclusivity to all their members is “powerful.”  

A professor in the Department of Marketing and Consumer Studies, McLean studies brand identity development, marketing communications and content marketing.
