Upload Your COVID-19 Vaccination Status

Vaccination remains one of the best ways to protect yourself, to avoid serious illness from COVID-19, and to prevent disruption of your on-campus activities. We strongly encourage everyone to stay up to date with their COVID-19 vaccination and booster doses.

Please provide current details on your vaccination status through U of G’s Vaccination Status system.

  • If you have already provided the University with proof of vaccination, please reupload your vaccination status, as this is a new system and previous records have not been transferred.

We encourage all students, faculty and staff to indicate their vaccination status through this system. Understanding our community’s vaccination status will help inform our health and safety decisions. At this point, COVID-19 vaccination is not required to access U of G facilities.

Masks On Spaces

This fall, our community is strongly encouraged to wear a tight-fitting, multi-layer mask when in high-density spaces like classes, labs, elevators and meeting rooms. A medical-style mask is best. Wearing a mask is an easy way to protect yourself and those around you.

U of G’s “Masks On” spaces provide areas where students can study, feeling comfortable that those around them will be masked. Masks On spaces can be found in the north end of the library’s 5th floor and in several spots in the UC. Check the COVID-19 website for specifics.

Mobile Vaccination Clinic Sept. 6

On Tuesday, September 6, U of G will host the Government of Ontario’s GO-VAXX mobile vaccination clinic to make accessing COVID-19 vaccination even easier. Book your appointment online or drop-in.

COVID-19 vaccinations and booster doses are also available by appointment through Student Health Services.
