Ecological anthropologist Dr. Philip Loring discussed how agroecology and regenerative agriculture could help make the global food system more accessible in a commentary for the Conversation Canada.  

The Arrell Chair in Food, Policy, and Society, and a professor in the Department of Geography, Environment and Geomatics, Loring researches food security and sovereignty, community sustainability and environmental change.
