In May 2019, the Senate Priorities and Planning Committee struck the Working Group on Senate Governance Review to undertake a broad survey of Senate’s governance practices and make recommendations for change where appropriate.

The Senate governance review will focus broadly on the operations, procedures, membership and committee structure of Senate. Members of the University community are invited to complete a brief survey about Senate which can be accessed through the working group’s website. The survey closes Feb.14, 2020.

The survey is anonymous, and feedback collected will be used to inform the deliberations and recommendations of the working group.
