Prof. Timothy Dewhirst, Marketing and Consumer Studies, wrote an op-ed column that was published in the Globe and Mail’s Report on Business May 27. It discusses Donald Trump’s presidential campaign and the effect it has had on the brand of the “Trump” name, especially in regards to Trump hotels. Dewhirst studies brand strategy, business ethics, marketing and public policy, marketing communications, and sports and entertainment marketing.
