Prof.von massow Mike von Massow was quoted in an April 5 Globe and Mail story on the rise of lunch delivery services. The Department of Hospitality, Food & Tourism professor said the trend may have an impact on overworked restaurant staff.  He worked in the hospitality industry before becoming a U of G faculty member, and teaches courses in operations and revenue management.
