Although the transition from peri-menopause to menopause is a normal part of every woman’s life, many of the changes can be very disruptive. It doesn’t have to be that way! Women may experience symptoms of peri-menopause beginning in their early 40’s and continue to experience symptoms into their 50’s. Simple nutritional and lifestyle modifications can have a big impact on the experience of menopause and beyond.
