Join us for Thriving in Action, a new online program at the University of Guelph. Thriving in Action will help you move from languishing to flourishing throughout your time in university. Build motivation, optimism and resilience, and learn how to integrate those skills into your work as a student. In each workshop, you will learn and practice both wellness and learning strategies that will help you be the student you want to be. Join us for one or all four workshops this spring and learn how to thrive. Workshops are offered online and will be delivered via Zoom. This program is offered by the Library and Student Wellness.
If you attend all four workshops, you can obtain a letter of recognition for your participation.
Workshop 2: Finding Balance
How do we find a balance between being a student, a worker, a friend, a family member? How do we find joy in our many roles? In this Thriving in Action session, we will explore how we can integrate the many facets of our lives together. We will identify the habits that help us thrive and learn strategies to help us build new habits. This workshop is also offered on Tuesday, September 28, 1:00-2:20 p.m.
