On behalf of the Student-Athlete Mental Health Initiative (SAMHI), Gryphon Athletics’ Head Strength and Conditioning Coach, Josh Ford, presents “The Snowball Effect,” which will provide insight on the impact that exercise has on mental health. Although many of us are aware of the physical benefits of exercise, it is easy to overlook the positive influence it can have on our mental health.
Josh will provide a comprehensive 40-minute presentation on the importance of exercise to mental health, followed by a 20-minute question and answer period. We look forward to seeing you there!
