In the face of unprecedented disruptions to business continuity due to COVID-19, business and organizational leaders are coping with extraordinary uncertainties. To help guide you through these turbulent times, the Guelph Chamber of Commerce and the Gordon S. Lang School of Business and Economics present Leading Through Crisis – a free webinar series.

The fifth webinar of the series explores challenges to employers as businesses prepare for increased workforce activity when COVID-19 restrictions are eased. Our expert panel will discuss structural changes to HR demand and supply, highlighting complex and under-explored macro-level changes that may present challenges to worker reemployment. The panel will also explore best practices for continuity and recovery for businesses that are continuing pre-COVID strategies and those that have pivoted post-COVID. This webinar will be a semi-structured interactive discussion between three HR experts.

Featuring:

  • Prof. Nita Chhinzer, Gordon S. Lang School of Business and Economics
  • Sandra Casarin, HR Manager, Chapter Chair of Guelph and District HRPA
  • Greg Pinks, Chief Leadership Officer, Axiom Performance Inc.

Register now for this free, 60-min webinar as our expert panelists deliver key information regarding HR and organizational operations planning post-pandemic. Moderated by Shakiba Shayani, President and CEO of the Guelph Chamber of Commerce. Q&A with the speakers will follow the presentations
