Looking to begin your fitness journey? This program is designed to teach you proper use of resistance machines and free weights safely, aiming to help you feel confident and see results. All sessions take place in the NRG Zone, our NEW training studio. This space provides a more private training experience, creating a safe learning environment. All skills and identities are welcome.
