Learn how to relax tight muscles, calm anxiety, settle a busy a brain, and have more energy. Strengthen your ability to restore yourself during these challenging times. A smorgasbord of practical techniques for thriving under pressure are practiced in and out of class to begin developing lifetime skills.
The continuity of this 12-session program can help you keep a more even keel and manage stress throughout the semester.
This 12-session training program with Kathy Somers of the Stress Management & High Performance Clinic meets online for an hour twice a week, on Tuesday and Thursday evenings, beginning at 7:00 pm Tuesday, January 30.
