The 2020 Royal Agricultural Winter Fair is online! Check out U of G experts sharing their thoughts on the future of agriculture and food.
In this session, we will identify the key economic, environmental, and nutritional impacts of household food waste using results from a waste audit of families in Guelph. We will explore how various aspects of food literacy may influence level of food waste and provide some helpful tools to help reduce household food waste. Our session will end with an engaging food demonstration that will show how you can make delicious dishes that will use up foods before they spoil.
