Most of us can hold on to old habits, even those that hold us back. We might try the same studying routines again and again even though we’re not getting the marks or confident exam-writing experiences that we really long for. In this workshop, we will focus on harnessing our intentionality, building new habits, letting go of non-beneficial ones, and bringing more awareness and efficiency to our studying.
Join us for Thriving in Action, a program that will help you move from languishing to flourishing throughout your time in university. Build motivation, optimism, and resilience, and learn how to integrate those skills into your work as a student. In each workshop, you will learn and practice both wellness and learning strategies that will help you be the student you want to be. Join us for one or all four workshops this fall and learn how to thrive. Workshops are offered online and will be delivered via Zoom. This program is offered by the Library and Student Wellness. All participants will be entered in a draw for one of two gift certificates valued at $25. Attend all four workshops, and your name will be entered four times.
If you attend all four workshops, you can obtain a letter of recognition for your participation.
