Learn to curb the worry habit and how to avoid the five pitfalls that perpetuate worrying. This two-hour workshop includes brain training exercises and a variety of other techniques to decrease worrying.

Registration:

  • $5 for U of G students
  • $20 for members of USW Local 4120
  • $40 for all others
