ONLINE: COVID Recovery – Relax and Restore

Jumpstart your recovery from the drains of the pandemic with a variety of research-based practices that help:

  • restore and recharge
  • enhance physical and mental health
  • increase effectiveness and self-regulation in the midst of a stressful life.

This six-session skills program with Kathy Somers of the Stress Management and High Performance Clinic meets online for an hour on six consecutive Tuesday evenings beginning at 7 p.m. tonight.

A different restorative mind-body technique is practiced every week.
