Join us on International Women’s Day and hear from Dr. Anne Innis Dagg, Canadian zoologist, feminist, and author, as well as other women working in science and academia.
Following the main event, we encourage everyone to check out the Anne Innis Dagg Exhibit: Musings of a Scientist, Feminist, Activist on the first floor of the McLaughlin Library. This travelling exhibit, currently at U of G, takes you through the life and career of Dr. Anne Innis Dagg, famously known as the Woman Who Loves Giraffes, thanks to the award-winning 2018 documentary.
