The Department of Food Science is delighted to announce the Cheesemaker Certificate Program Graduation Ceremony, where we will celebrate the first group of students to have completed this rigorous program. The ceremony will be held in the Guelph Gryphon Athletic Centre, Room 3013, at the University of Guelph. We are excited to announce that our guest speaker will be Afrim Pristine, writer, TV host, and co-owner of the Cheese Boutique. Mr. Pristine is a well-known figure in the world of cheese, and we are honored that he will be joining us to share his insights and experiences.
