The Campbell Centre for the Study of Animal Welfare (CCSAW) Annual Research Symposium features the work of U of G faculty and students, covering disciplines from animal biosciences and veterinary medicine to philosophy and psychology. Via talks and a competitive poster session, the Symposium covers a range of topics related to animal welfare science, animal ethics and the role of animals in society. It provides a forum for faculty and students to share research results, techniques and ideas, and to foster discussion and collaboration among the many interested individuals and research groups from across campus and other institutions.

The Symposium includes lunch and coffee breaks. Donations are encouraged and accepted so the Centre can continue to offer this great networking opportunity. Donations of $15 for students and $25 for faculty, staff and visitors is suggested.
