Join us to hear from Justice Malcolm Roe, Supreme Court of Canada to discuss the evolution of Canada’s constitution.

While the Charter and the protection of Aboriginal and treaty rights are significant, in most respects Canada’s constitutional order requires understanding how it developed, starting with the perspective of 1867.
